ToaVid is an early-stage, pre-launch project operated under the ToaVid name. As of the effective date above, ToaVid has not yet formed a separate legal entity.
"ToaVid" refers to the project, site, and related services described in this notice and does not currently represent a separate legal entity.

The ToaVid marketing site and related materials are provided for general informational and pre-launch product description purposes.

ToaVid may remove or restrict access to content in response to valid claims or other legal concerns.

Any failure by ToaVid to enforce a right or provision at any time does not waive that right or provision.
